We headed up to Orlando to spend some time with Bob and Jo. Besides a whole day at Disney, we celebrated their anniversary with friends Anita and Lee and some very good seafood.

We left Ordando and got to Caryn's house for dinner. We knew we were in for a treat!This is Luke and Ruth, Caryn's very good friends. Ruthie wanted to make a traditional Latin celebration meal for us and prepared a roasted pork shank with black beans and rice. For dessert she had made a flan. The food was fantastic, the wine wasn't too bad, the conversation was fun, and the company was the best!
